I Left Today... Did you Know?



  I Left Today
Did you know?
For I flew to
where the silent
wind blows

Beyond the sea
To distant shores
In crystal raindrops
On thunders roar

And... will you know
when I am gone,
the sky in which 
you gaze upon,
I once looked
too?

For there...
is where I 
wished for 
you

To find me
in the space
of dreams
On iridescent
moonlit beams
Beneath the
stars soft
candle light
In golden hues
that kiss the
night

I waited...
Did you know?

   Today I left
I am where the
silent wind
blows
On distant
shores
Beyond the
sea
Where I wait
no more
For you and
